۱. ماهیت سرویس

لولی یک پلتفرم بازی مهمانی آنلاین است که امکان بازی گروهی با دوستان را فراهم می‌کند. سرویس «همان‌طور که هست» ارائه می‌شود و ممکن است گاه‌به‌گاه به‌روزرسانی یا تغییر یابد.

۲. شرایط سنی

استفاده از لولی تنها برای افراد ۱۸ سال به بالا مجاز است. با استفاده از سرویس تأیید می‌کنید که این شرط را برآورده می‌کنید.

۳. حساب کاربری و مسئولیت‌ها

• اطلاعات ثبت‌نام باید صحیح و به‌روز باشد.
• حفظ امنیت حساب و فعالیت‌های انجام‌شده با آن بر عهده شماست.
• ورود با گوگل به‌منزله پذیرش این شرایط و سیاست حریم خصوصی است.
• میزبان هر اتاق مسئول دعوت بازیکنان و رعایت قوانین در گروه خود است.

۴. رفتار پذیرفته‌شده

شما موافقت می‌کنید که از سرویس به‌صورت قانونی و محترمانه استفاده کنید. موارد زیر ممنوع است:

• آزار، تهدید، تبعیض یا اذیت دیگر کاربران
• ارسال اسپم، فریب یا فعالیت‌های مخرب
• تلاش برای دور زدن محدودیت‌های سرویس یا دسترسی غیرمجاز
• هرگونه استفاده غیرقانونی مطابق قوانین محل اقامت شما

۵. محتوا و تجربه بازی

محتوای بازی ممکن است برای همه مخاطبان مناسب نباشد. لولی مشاوره پزشکی، روان‌شناختی یا حقوقی ارائه نمی‌دهد. اگر از ادامه بازی ناراحت هستید، می‌توانید هر زمان آن را متوقف کنید.

۶. تعلیق و خاتمه

در صورت نقض این شرایط یا سوءاستفاده از سرویس، ممکن است دسترسی شما به‌صورت موقت یا دائم محدود شود. شما نیز می‌توانید هر زمان استفاده از سرویس را متوقف کنید.

۷. مالکیت معنوی

نرم‌افزار، طراحی، نام و نشان تجاری لولی متعلق به بهره‌بردار سرویس است و بدون مجوز کتبی قابل استفاده مجدد نیست.

۸. محدودیت مسئولیت

در حد مجاز قانون، لولی مسئول خسارات غیرمستقیم یا تبعی ناشی از استفاده از سرویس نیست. قطعی اینترنت، اختلال سرویس‌دهندگان شخص ثالث یا خطای کاربر خارج از کنترل معقول ما است.

ممکن است این شرایط به‌روزرسانی شود. تاریخ «آخرین به‌روزرسانی» در بالای صفحه اعلام می‌شود. ادامه استفاده پس از تغییرات به‌منزله پذیرش نسخه جدید است.

این شرایط مطابق قوانین جمهوری اسلامی ایران تفسیر می‌شود، مگر آنکه قانون دیگری الزام کند. اختلافات در مراجع صالح رسیدگی خواهد شد.
